What personal data do we collect?
If you order goods or services from us, we mainly collect data that are identified as mandatory in the ordering process. The mandatory data are only those without which we cannot process your order, such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address and the subject of the order itself.
After delivery of the goods, you may be sent an e-mail with a request to evaluate the purchased goods and our services.
If you contact us by phone or e-mail, we will also process your personal data provided in this communication.

How can you influence which cookies we will process?

Legal bases for processing the
personal data
Contract performance: in case of ordering goods or providing other services. This is mainly the billing and delivery address or contact details.
Fulfilment of our legal obligations: when keeping data about you and your order in our accounts, or when making data available to state and other authorities that supervise our activities or that resolve disputes, or the enforcement of decisions.
Legitimate interest: when improving and personalizing our services and certain marketing activities. Based on a legitimate interest, we process mainly personal data in this way, which we process automatically, and cookies. You can object to this data processing in the contact details provided in section {0}.
Consent: when sending business announcements or other forms of marketing. Any consent given is voluntary, and can be revoked at any time, but this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to its revocation. You can manage the consent within your account, or you can contact us to exclude you from business notification recipients.
Disclosure of data to third parties
When delivering goods: to the transport company we work with. This is the delivery address and contact details; in the case of cash on delivery, also the amount to be paid. The carrier is entitled to process the personal data we provide to it only for the purpose of goods delivery.
In external data processing: to the partners we work with. They process the data for us, based on our instructions and in accordance with this document. Our suppliers follow all necessary security, technical and organizational measures to provide the required protection to personal data.
For analytics and marketing services: to the partners who provide us with analytics and advertising services. They may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your preferences and use of our website. You can find more information about these tools in the Cookies section.
For legal reasons: to a state authority or other competent authority, if it obliges us to pass on your personal data to it. In the event of our rights being enforced or defended, your personal information may be passed on to another entity (e.g. a lawyer).
How long do we process your personal data?
We process personal data that are necessary for the proper provision of services or the fulfilment of our obligations for the period specified by the relevant legal regulations or in accordance with them.
In the case of processing personal data based on our legitimate interest, we store the data until the reason for their processing disappears. Usually for a maximum of 5 years.
In the case of processing personal data based on the given consent, your personal data will generally be processed for a period of 5 years, or until the revocation of the given consent.
Security of personal data
We care about protecting your personal information, and we work hard to keep your personal information secure. We strive to use such security, technical and organizational measures that provide sufficient security with regard to the current state of technology, and we regularly update the measures taken. All communication between your device and our website is encrypted. We protect the database containing personal data from damage, destruction, loss and misuse. We store your password for the user account in a hashed form so that it is not possible to decrypt it even if an unauthorized person obtains this information.
What rights do you have?
You have several rights as a result of our processing of your personal data. If you exercise any of the above rights, we will inform you about the processing of the application within 30 days from the date of its delivery to us. To exercise your rights, please send us an e-mail or a written request to the contact information provided in the Basic Information section.
Right of access to data
You can request us to send you an overview of the personal data we process about you. We will provide you with the information about what data we process about you, for what purpose, whom those data have been provided to, and for how long we will keep it.
Right to data portability
You may request that we send you the personal information we process about you in a machine-readable format..
Right to correction
If you believe that the personal information we process about you is incorrect, you can ask us to correct it. However, we recommend that you easily correct the data within your account.
Right to erasure (to be forgotten)
You can ask us to delete your information. The erasure will not affect the data that we are required to retain by law. At the same time, we will inform other recipients of your personal data that you have exercised the right to erasure, and they should erase all your personal data, if technically possible, taking into account the available technology and costs.
Right to restrict processing
You can ask us to temporarily restrict processing in the following cases:
• if you deny the accuracy of your personal information
• if your personal data are processed illegally
• if we no longer need your personal data for processing purposes, but you need them for your own purposes to prove, assert or defend your legal claims
• if you object to the processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interest
Right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, which is carried out based on our legitimate interest (see information in the Legal Bases for the Processing of Personal Data section), for reasons relating to your specific situation.
Filing a complaint
If you believe that the processing of your personal data by our company is illegal, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
